happy easter everyone. yesterday morning i opened my easter presents. i got a scrapbook page kit and some fun scissors. i also got 2 cookbooks, a betty crocker and a mennonite one my mom has, and a really cool cookbook stand. i guess cookbooks are going to become my thing. i'd love to have a kitchen full of cookbooks some day. :)
after church we just hung around the house and i ordered a greeting card organizer that i saw on a friend's blog. when cleaning out my room i found all the cards i had saved...my mom never knew i did that. well anyway i ordered an organizer to keep them all together. i also started sorting them. i found a card from my 5th birthday. crazy the things i kept. i also found $10 in cash in one from my birthday last year! pretty sweet!
at 3 we headed to brook and darin's for easter dinner which was very good. pics at the end. we had an easter egg hunt and birthday cake for bridget's 6th birthday which was saturday and my 22nd birthday and morgan's 3rd birthday, which is 5 days after mine (which is april 15th). we had the last peter pan cake. peter pan is a gift shop and bakery in moorestown. they had the best cakes for the longest time...it was the best part of birthdays. well awhile ago something changed and their cakes just aren't what they used to be. well they decided to close the bakery for good on saturday so we had the last peter pan cake ever. kinda sad.
today my mom and i had breakfast wit my grandma and then i packed up and am now back at school. dan and i had lunch at panera then he turned in applications at the starbucks near panera. i got 3 books at barnes and noble too. wicked, fast food nation, and the pact. i'm excited to read them. they all look really good.
right now i'm not up to a whole lot...i started reading wicked and unpacking alittle. i don't have much work due this week...i should work ahead. we'll see. :)
