second day of classes. 2 classes down. 1 more to go. that's right. only 9 credits this semester. a great way to finish out my senior year.
my sociology of aging class sounds really interesting. we are required to volunteer with an elder in the community for at least 12 hours and then conduct an interview of them. my "elder" is into email which is nice. her name is ruth and she seems really nice. she lives at messiah village and volunteers in the gift shop one saturday a month and then every monday from 8-9am filling water pitchers in the nursing home. i'm going this saturday to work with her in the gift shop and i'm excited to meet her. :)
advanced nutrition will be better than last semester. a pain with conducting our research project but we'll see how it all works out. come visit our poster at the spring symposium to find out how it went. :) clinical is tomorrow. it'll be a lot with learning different diseases and how to treat them and with a lab as well but it'll be a good base of knowledge. something we've all be waiting for for 3 1/2 years now.
tonight dan and i went to megan and david's apartment to give them their wedding present: the office season one. it was nice to seem them and hang out at their apartment.
still pondering over my paint colors. i need my mom's advice.
now i'm off to make a list of scrapbook stuff my mom's gonna bring to willow valley so i can scrapbook here.
until later :)

I have tried to scrapbook and I can't get into it at all. SO good luck with THAT. BUT I can't wait to hear about your paint colors! FUN!
blue w/ an accent of blue. one issue solved.
i don't understand why you need to fill water pitchers around the nursing home...what water pitchers? haha!
i knew a ruth once. her husband died and so she traveled w/ her mother in law for a bit. after a while she hooked up w/ some important guy...some sort of relative i think...her mother in law told her to do it. but it ended up well for the whole family. last i heard they were all on good terms w/ each other.
